Description

Join us and learn how to thrive and survive at work! An event for all GPs, whether burnt-out or otherwise.

On February 11th we will be gathering at St Bedes in York to explore the benefits of reflective group work. The day will be split into two parts. First we will examine what we can do for ourselves to maintain our well being throughout our career as doctors. Then we will learn how to use groups to reflect on our role within teams and how we can improve our working practice, together . We will explore different modalities of group work including Reflective Group Practice and Balint Group Work.

Embedded into the day will be action research that will help GPH develop a day to support other GPs so they also can thrive as doctors working in the NHS.

Limited spaces, book early for £30* to be involved in this exciting day!
